By placing an order with ES Tactical, online or in-store, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices and stock can change without notice. If an item's price or availability changes after you order, we'll contact you before we process it.

Department and agency standards

We'll help you choose approved items, but it's the buyer's responsibility to confirm that products meet their department's uniform policy.

Alterations and custom work

Altered, personalized, embroidered, or made-to-order items, including badges, patches, and name bars, can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Protective and medical products should be used as directed by the manufacturer and your agency's training.
