Self-fabric collar with permanent collar stays. Reinforced front placket with 3 color-matched melamine buttons. Two self-fabric epaulets & mic tab (shipped in poly bag) 2-inch split vents with extended tail to help keep shirt tucked in. Self-sleeve cuff. Armpit ventilated for added heat loss and comfort.
