By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Policy

• All tickets are final sale.

• Tickets are weather reliant.

• Required for all guests ages 2 and up.

• Valid for a single-time entry during the designated operating dates and hours based on the ticket type purchased.

• Operating dates and season availability may change depending on weather conditions and crop availability.

2. Media Release

By entering the premises, you consent to your voice, name, image, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in photography, video, or other media for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes in any format now known or later developed.

You release the business, its owners, successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability related to such media usage.

3. Assumption of Risk & Agritourism Liability Notice

Under Missouri law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at a registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.

Inherent risks include, but are not limited to:

• Natural conditions of land, vegetation, and terrain

• Equipment or structures used in the activity

• The potential for a participant to act negligently in a manner that contributes to injury or death

• The potential for another participant to act negligently

By participating in this registered agritourism activity, you acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with such activities.
